A short while after the exhibition the participating artists were invited to the official residence of her Excellency Dr Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca - President of Malta. Remembering that her Excellency liked the watercolour portrait "Asian Muse" at the vernissage, Costin Benescu took the opportunity to offer the artwork as a gift. Her Excellency graciously accepted and payed it forward by donating the artwork to the "Malta Community Chest Fund" Fine Art Auction organized at the San Anton Palace in 21st of November 2014 in Malta.
